The office team of iTeams NL supports Christians in their vocation as a worker in God's Kingdom. iTeams NL reaches out in word and deed. The workers of iTeams NL fulfill their calling mainly in Europe, the former Balkans, East Africa and Latin America.

Field coordinator with leadership qualities (24-32 hours) who feels comfortable in a passionate team.
Your work at iTeams:
In your role as a field coordinator, you guide our workers in their mission and you are part of the leadership team. The following tasks are made for you:
- training and equipping candidate workers
- guiding workers in the field
- coaching workers in their mission
- maintaining relationships with the local organisations in the field
- together with the MemberCare coordinator, keep an eye on the well-being of the workers in the field
- leading the organization based on your expertise
- devise policies that contribute to the development of the organisation
Profile description
You are relationship-oriented, enterprising and you have a positive attitude. You feel at home in a compact and dedicated team. You ensure connection with workers and their network. You like to have your own input and be able to make use of it.
