André Zoutewelle has been part of the office team since the end of 2020. He fulfils the leadership role of coordinator administrator. In this position he is responsible for, among other things, the management and development of the intranet, financial administration and fundraising activities.
André is married to Gerda and father of 5 children (one son and four daughters). They now have two grandsons. André and Gerda live in Ederveen. André has years of work experience in financial services and uses this experience and knowledge within development and mission organizations. He has also set up various diaconal projects in the Netherlands.
André and Gerda feel called to look after people who live in vulnerable circumstances. They have an outbuilding 'Sela Shelter' behind their home that serves as a shelter for people in need.
André and Gerda like to play a connecting role. As workers of iTeams NL, it is their desire to contribute to the growth of God's Kingdom so that people and groups of people change through the Power of God. Personally, it is their desire to grow as a follower of Jesus Christ and to be of significance in their environment.

The home church of André and Gerda is the Reformed Church of 'Petrakerk' in Ede.
